Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery

The 18-month diploma course in food production is our other course. This course falls under the Government Initiative, which is aimed at specializing students, to acquire skills needed to start a career in the Bakery department of the hospitality industry. Since this course teaches the students various Bakery Products and styles of making cakes & pastries practiced across the country; the students can also apply for jobs in organizations other than hotels as well; while on the other hand, they can also venture into self-employment.
