Diploma in Bakery & Confectionery
The 18-month Diploma Course in Bakery and confectionery is aimed at specializing students, to acquire skills needed to start a career in the bakery and confectionery department of hotels and other allied hospitality sectors. Since this course teaches the students various cuisines and styles of cooking practiced across the country; the students can also apply for jobs in organizations other than hotels as well; while on the other hand, they can also venture into self-employment.

Diploma course in Food Production& Patisserie
Eligibility – 12th Std. Pass (10+2 system of education) with English as a subject.
Medium of Instruction: English. There is no age restriction
DURATION – 36 weeks followed by 24 weeks Industrial Training
