B.Sc., Hospitality Administration

The three-year B.Sc. course is Affiliated with the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) and Degree recognized by JNU, New Delhi. It is our flagship course, which provides students with ample knowledge & opportunities to make them competent professionals in hospitality and allied industries. The program begins with an introduction to the hospitality industry along with the core subjects, which are – Rooms Division, Food Production and Food & Beverage Service. The course also equips students with in-depth laboratory work, which in turn helps them to perform at par, with the industry standards when they are supposed to go on the Industrial Exposure Training.

Besides this, the course also provides students with advanced knowledge in subjects like Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety, Hygiene and Nutrition, Facility Planning, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Marketing, and Tourism Management.
